Role Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline voice of Maxopp, reaching out to prospective learners, nurturing leads, and supporting the admissions pipeline by scheduling detailed counseling sessions and sharing program highlights.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospects.
Pitch Maxopp’s skilling programs—highlighting sprint-based learning, mentors, outcome focus.
Qualify prospects by understanding their interests, needs, and readiness.
Document key details in CRM—contact info, stage, feedback, next steps.
Set appointments for detailed counseling with Admission Counselors.
Follow up persistently to convert leads into walk-ins or counseling sessions.
Achieve or exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
Key Requirements:
Prior telecalling, sales, lead-generation or customer-service experience.
Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi.
Excellent clarity of speech, empathy, and ability to engage quickly.
High comfort with phone-based sales in a target-driven setup.
Organized in maintaining call logs and follow-ups.
Nice to Have:
Understanding of experiential learning or EdTech offerings.
Positive, resilient attitude toward repeated outreach and rejection.
Goal-oriented with a track record of lead conversions.
