We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales professional who can drive revenue through effective calling, lead conversion, and relationship management. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM / tracking systems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Consistently follow up with prospects to drive closures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and convincing skills (English + regional language preferred)
Proven experience in telesales / inside sales / voice process
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
Good listening and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
