About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Vibrant Exim Solutions Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and professional networks.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a consistent pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service solutions offered by Vibrant Exim Solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
CRM Documentation: Accurately record all sales activities, call logs, and client feedback in our internal database.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any stream (Preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Marathi].
Skills: Strong persuasion skills, persistence, and basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
