Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with pre-qualified or interested leads and convert them into confirmed sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and persuasion. This is not a cold-calling role — you will be working with warm/interested leads and are expected to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
The core accountability of this role is lead-to-sales conversion. Agents will be expected to:
Contact interested/warm leads promptly and conduct structured sales conversations
Understand customer needs and match them with the appropriate product or service
Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and compelling manner
Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward a purchase decision
Follow up with undecided prospects in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
Provide feedback on lead quality and customer queries to the sales manager
