Shift Timing: Night Shift – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Aligned with Canadian Time Zone)

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Consultants to contribute to our international sales process. This role involves direct client engagement, lead generation, and consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through outbound calls and digital channels.

• Engage with potential clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Drive day-to-day sales closures while maintaining high standards of client service.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Participate in continuous training and development programs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales or an International BPO environment.

• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability in client handling, negotiation, and sales closures.

• Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with Canadian business hours.

• A proactive approach with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
