We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive for a highly calling-focused role. The candidate will be responsible for daily outbound calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and converting enquiries into counselling appointments.
This role suits someone who is confident on calls, persuasive, energetic, and target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to students, parents, colleges, and enquiries
Follow up aggressively on existing leads through calls and WhatsApp
Generate admissions and workshop leads through tele calling
Explain courses, career opportunities, and workshop offerings clearly
Schedule counselling sessions and walk-ins for the admissions team
Maintain lead status and daily calling reports
Reconnect with old database leads and inactive enquiries
Coordinate with marketing team for campaign follow-ups
Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable handling continuous calling process
Fluent in Hindi and basic English (Marathi is a plus)
Good follow-up discipline and target mindset
Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
