Job Title: CRM Executive – Jewellery (International Clients)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage relationships with foreign clients in the jewellery industry. The role involves client communication, order coordination, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international client communication via email/calls
Manage inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams
Maintain CRM data and client records
Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction
Support repeat business and relationship building
Key Skills:
Fluent English communication (written & verbal)
Client handling & relationship management
Knowledge of jewellery/export process (preferred)
CRM software knowledge
Attention to detail & coordination skills
