About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products/services, and converting leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.

• Generate and qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Explain product/service features, pricing, benefits, and offers to customers.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• Stay updated on products, competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and internet applications.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
