Job Description – CRM & Telecaller / Sales Executive (Admissions)
Location: JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bangalore
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: 2–5 years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional who can handle both customer
relationship management and telecalling/sales activities. The role involves interacting with
prospective and existing parents, managing admissions, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to inquiries
• Provide complete information about the institution and programs
• Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
• Act as a primary point of contact for parents
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure parent satisfaction
• Handle admission and post-admission support
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools or Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Manage feedback and resolve concerns effectively
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good convincing and negotiation ability
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, telecalling, or sales
• Experience in the education sector is an added advantage
