Role Overview:

The relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for Understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, Retaining the customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To Effectively Convince a customer to buy health insurance.

Need to understand their unique situation, build trust, and present the benefits in a way that aligns with their needs and concerns.

Maintain a good rapport with the customer explain insurance packages clearly and guide them toward a buying decision

Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Ability to read and interact to understand the customer requirements, High emotional quotient,Persuasion skills and convincing skills

Ability to manage stress

Empathy

Business/Telephone Etiquette
