What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain our courses, features, benefits, and certifications effectively.

• Recommend suitable courses based on customer interests and needs.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and sales negotiations.

• Follow up with interested leads to drive enrolments and conversions.

• Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records in the CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversion rates.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech Sales.

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.

• A target-oriented mindset with good negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
