We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers over calls, understanding their needs, and converting qualified leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities
Connect with pre-qualified leads provided by the digital marketing team (no cold calling required)
Understand customer requirements and explain product/service offerings effectively
Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups
Drive the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Handle objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales / inside sales / telecalling preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English; Bengali is a plus)
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone
Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
