✅ Call HRs & business owners to identify hiring requirements

✅ Present the iRecrut hiring platform and its benefits

✅ Schedule online demos (Google Meet) when required

✅ Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients

✅ Maintain client relationships and update CRM regularly

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

✔ Good communication & convincing skills

✔ Comfortable with outbound calling

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✔ Experience in B2B Sales, Recruitment, or SaaS is an advantage
