Job Role: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1–2 Years

Company: SD Innovations

Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Business (Preferred)

About the Role :

SD Innovations is looking for an energetic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our business development activities. This role focuses on lead generation, outbound calling, client engagement, and sales coordination, playing a key part in driving revenue growth.

This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and interested in building a career in B2B Inside Sales within the IT Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and inbound inquiries

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs

  • Pitch company products and services effectively over calls and virtual meetings

  • Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales/technical team

  • Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups using CRM tools / Excel

  • Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel

  • Work closely with sales and internal teams to support deal closure

  • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Business Development

  • Strong exposure to cold calling and lead qualification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, or Excel

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes is a plus

  • MBA in Marketing or Business is preferred

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in sales
