Location: Rajkot,150ft Road, Gujarat
Position: Inside Sales Executive

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM & 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inside sales and telephonic sales activities.

• Contact prospective and existing customers through calls and follow-ups.

• Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to achieve sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.

• Maintain customer details, call records, and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

• sales experience is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi – reading and speaking.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Comfortable with telephone/inside sales.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Agro-Chemical, FMCG, or B2B Sales will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate.

• Male candidates preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
