We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms

• Contact and follow up with prospective customers

• Explain company products and services to clients

• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

• Maintain and update customer database (CRM)

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
