Inside Sales Executive – Quotations & Cold Calling
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive responsible for cold calling, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. The candidate will interact with potential and existing clients, understand their requirements, provide quotations, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
Maintain and update a database of prospects and leads.
2. Customer Interaction
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Quotation Preparation
Prepare and send accurate price quotations to customers based on their requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
Ensure quotations are delivered on time.
4. Follow-ups & Sales Support
Follow up on quotations with customers to convert them into confirmed orders.
Support the field sales team in closing deals.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status.
5. Order Processing
Receive and process purchase orders from customers.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.
Ensure proper documentation and order tracking.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call reports, quotation reports, and sales records.
Update customer information and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
Prepare periodic sales reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or quotation preparation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
