Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Advisor to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada and English, have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience, and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Customer Engagement & Sales:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.

-Product Consultation & Advisory:

• Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits.

• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

• Address queries and concerns in a professional manner.

-Follow-up & Relationship Management:

• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure conversions.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

-CRM & Data Management:

• Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.

• Maintain call logs and sales reports for tracking performance.

-Compliance & Work Ethics:

• Adhere to company policies and Telesales best practices.

• Ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada and English.

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Telesales

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th) pass.

• Salary: ₹20,000 TH (Bangalore).

• Work Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM, with 1 rotational week off (Monday – Friday).
