About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM/software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Stay updated on product/service offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
