Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their travel requirements, recommending suitable travel packages and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers.

• Generate business by converting leads into confirmed travel bookings.

• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budgets.

• Explain travel packages, holiday deals, itineraries and pricing.

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.

• 6 months–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or Travel Sales preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
