Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Tolichowki, Hyderabad. This is a Work From Office (WFO) role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products

• Follow up on leads and close sales

• Maintain a strong understanding of products and services

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Keep records of calls and sales in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales

• Basic computer knowledge
