Hiring for Inside sales & Transaction associate
Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years
Preffered: Immediate Joiners
Salary: 2LPA - 3LPA
Mandatory Skills:
Inside Sales -
Strong inside sales profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-calling, or Sales Development.
Exceptional verbal communication skills. Must be able to switch between high-volume broker calls and high-stakes investor pitches with ease and professionalism.
A "sales-first" mindset with the stamina to maintain 100+ calls per day and the resilience to handle rejection.
Must be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and appointment setting
Must have a strong sales mindset, quick rapport building, and follow-up discipline
Must have excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi, confident and persuasive on calls
Must have working knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite
Must be willing to work full-time, in-office

Transaction associate -
Strong Transaction associate profile
6 months+ of exprience in documentation (Open to fresh graduates)
Must have the ability to coordinate end-to-end transaction lifecycle, documentation, and internal coordination
Must have good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Must have strong attention to detail, structured working style, and clear communication
