We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can handle lead generation, follow-ups, customer coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, basic product understanding, and the ability to build good customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Understand customer requirements and explain product details
Maintain customer database and update CRM/Excel sheets
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required
0.6 to 3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / customer service
Experience in electrical products or industrial sales is an added advantage
Basic understanding of sales processes
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Email drafting)
Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask
