Role Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to support lead

generation, sales coordination, and enquiry conversion for Hoists, Cranes, and related

solutions. The role requires strong prospecting skills, CRM discipline, and structured

follow-ups to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate enquiries through cold calling, email outreach, and database-driven

prospecting

Identify and target accounts based on defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Maintain and track leads using CRM tools such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or

Zoho CRM

Experience in generating enquiries from Middle East and Africa markets

Coordinate with internal teams to drive enquiry-to-order conversion

Engage with existing customers to gather feedback and generate repeat

enquiries

Track conversion ratios, identify drop/loss reasons, and improve funnel efficiency
