Key Responsibili es:
Engage with poten al clients via phone, email, and online pla orms. Respond to inquiries and provide informa on about products/services. Maintain client databases and track interac ons. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and support. U lize pla orms like IndiaMart and TradeIndia (for experienced candidates). Prepare and send quota ons, proposals, and follow-ups.
