Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Inside Sales Executive for a leading organization in the IT Networking, Wireless, Telecom, ISP, and Enterprise Distribution industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, handling key customer accounts, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Drive B2B sales for IT Networking, Wireless, Telecom, ISP, VoIP, and Enterprise products.

• Develop and manage dealers, distributors, channel partners, and system integrators.

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.

• Handle quotations, follow-ups, order processing, and deal closures.

• Coordinate with technical, operations, accounts, and logistics teams.

• Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

• Stay updated with networking products and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong B2B Sales and Channel Sales experience.

• Experience in Dealer/Distributor/Channel Partner Management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Good knowledge of CRM, Excel, and email communication.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Product Knowledge

Experience with networking products and brands such as:

• MikroTik

• Cambium

• Mimosa

• Grandstream

• Ubiquiti

• TP-Link

• Cisco

• Juniper

• Digisol

• Optitera

• AirPro

Knowledge of routers, switches, wireless devices, access points, VoIP, fiber networking products, ISP, and enterprise networking solutions will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.

• Engineering or technical background will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B/Inside Sales.

• Experience in IT Networking, Telecom, ISP, Wireless, or Enterprise Sales preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a target-driven attitude may also apply.
