Job Summary

Livpure is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Escalation Executive to handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. The role involves managing complex complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations received from support teams or directly from customers

• Analyze complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of escalated cases

• Maintain proper documentation of all escalations and resolutions

• Communicate updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders

• Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvement

• Ensure adherence to SLA and company service standards

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or escalation handling

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle pressure and difficult customer situations

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
