Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About Lead Height:

Lead Height helps businesses across India grow through Website Development, Google & Meta

Ads, Branding, Business Automation, and other digital solutions. We are expanding our sales team

and seeking energetic, motivated students to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through online/offline research and field visits

• Pitch digital marketing and branding services to small & medium businesses

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Generate qualified leads and meet monthly sales targets

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demos

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

• Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/Google Sheets

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory)

• Ability to travel locally for field visits

• Smartphone required

• Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9 working hours per day

o Flexible login between 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM

o Logout after completing 9 hours (typically between 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

• Saturday: Half-day working till 3:30 PM

• Sunday: Weekly off
