Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Okhla, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month (Based on Interview Performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to promote and sell products and services over phone calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales.

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.

• Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge.
