We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Job Hai. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹33,000 - ₹42,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats
• Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Perform effective online demos for prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, customer referrals
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 6 months - 4 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a confident phone presence and prior experience handling a high volume of calls, typically 100–120 per day. They are results-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. Additionally, they have strong listening and presentation abilities, complemented by a solid working knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
