• Graduation in any subject.
Responsibilities:
• Call customers who have shown interest in Company’s products through various acquisitions channels and convert leads to sales.
• Generate sales through cold calling on data provided by the company.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by upselling other relevant products.
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate on-ground sales team for further development and closure.
• Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders to ensure delivery of the highest standards of Customer Experience.
