Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales through phone, email, and digital communication. The role involves lead generation, prospect qualification, product pitching, and building strong customer relationships to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
Conduct sales presentations and product demos over phone or online meetings.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the field sales or operations team for closures and onboarding.
Prepare and share sales reports regularly.
