Conduct tele-calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp communication with prospects to introduce services. Identify potential clients through prospecting, databases, and market research.

Coordinate with media agencies and channel partners to generate new business opportunities.

Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.

Share proposals and quotations via email/WhatsApp and follow up with prospects.

Negotiate with hot leads and interested clients to convert them into confirmed orders.

Collect Purchase Orders (PO) and create Sales Orders (SO) in the CRM/system.

Maintain regular communication with customers, agencies, and internal teams for smooth order execution.

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and post-sales support.

Obtain customer feedback and testimonials to strengthen client relationships.

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals for the allocated region/segment.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and customer interaction history.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
