💼 Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and creating sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.

You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and drive revenue growth.

🎓 Education

Graduation preferred

🧑‍💼 Experience

Fresher to 2 years of relevant sales experience

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach

Understand customer needs and requirements

Qualify leads and assign them to sales executives

Research accounts and identify decision-makers

Schedule meetings and demos

Maintain and update CRM with accurate data

🛠️ Required Skills

Strong communication (verbal & written)

Comfortable with cold calling & outbound sales

Good research and data mining skills

Ability to understand customer pain points

Willingness to learn cloud & SaaS products

Target-driven mindset

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office

Experience with CRM tools is a plus
