About the Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in driving business growth.
You will engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and work closely with the field sales team to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do
Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Qualify inbound enquiries and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare, medical, fitness, or wellness solutions.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Business Development team.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by providing timely follow-ups and excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on iLabkart's products, industry developments, and market trends.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
You should have:
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or business development.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A confident and persuasive personality with a customer-first approach.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage.
