Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Inside Sales Executive at Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited located in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the services offered, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the Inside Sales Executive will handle incoming calls, provide information, and assist with any customer inquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage leads from IndiaMART, social media platforms, company website, and direct calls

  • Filter, qualify, and prioritize leads as per business requirements

  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls to understand customer needs

  • Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages

  • Prepare and share quotations and sales-related information with customers

  • Update and maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM software

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and closures

  • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and conversion goals

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales skills and customer service orientation

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

  • Experience in telemarketing or customer service

  • Basic computer skills for call logging and tracking

  • High school diploma or equivalent
