Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Conduct follow-ups and close sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
