Key Responsibilities

• Engage with company-generated qualified leads through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and objectives to recommend suitable solutions.

• Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations as required.

• Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into paying customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion and revenue targets.

• Provide regular feedback on lead quality, customer requirements, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6Months – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales Executive, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.

• Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
