Engage with leads and prospects via phone, email, and online meetings to promote company products/services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and database management.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and relevant information.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
