Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients via online research, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
Client Interaction:
Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs.
Set up meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Sales Pitch & Proposal Creation:
Create tailored digital marketing proposals and pitch decks.
Explain services such as SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Web Development, and Content Marketing.
Follow-up & Conversion:
Follow up on leads through calls and emails until closure.
Convert inquiries into confirmed business deals.
Market Research:
Research competitors, trends, and industry developments to suggest improvements.
Analyze client feedback and suggest service optimization.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
Prepare and share regular sales and activity reports with senior management.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the digital marketing and technical teams to deliver client requirements.
Assist in drafting service-level agreements and contracts.
Upselling & Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
Target Achievement:
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate and 0.5–2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
