About the Role:

Dynapix Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads through calls, explaining our DOOH advertising solutions, following up with prospects, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, databases, referrals, and online research.
• Explain Dynapix’s DOOH advertising solutions and digital screen advertising opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
• Follow up regularly with potential clients and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the field sales and internal teams when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional communication over phone calls.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only.
• Freshers to 3 years of experience.
• Candidates from Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Tele-sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or similar backgrounds are preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to attend a walk-in interview in Hyderabad.
