Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
Generate leads through online search, databases, references, and market research
Handle inside sales activities and close deals over phone and email
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle customer queries professionally
Explain products/services clearly with good communication skills
Prepare and share Quotations based on customer requirements
Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and send to customers
Follow up on quotations, PI, and pending orders
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders
Maintain daily calling reports and sales records
Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and operations teams
Update customer data and sales details in the system
Work towards achieving assigned sales targetsv
