Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Associate (Business Development / Customer Support)

Location: Beckabagan, near Minto Park (Nearest Metro: Rabindra Sadan)

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-roll, In-office)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Saturday till 4:00 PM)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation

• Gross Salary: ₹30,000 per month

• In-hand Salary: ₹25,000 per month

• Note: Candidates expecting higher than ₹30,000 in-hand will not be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation mandatory

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Experience: Prior experience in sales preferred

• Language Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi (mandatory)

• Preferred Profile:

o Candidates with a science background

o Female candidates

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels

• Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including pitching, negotiation, and closure

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections

• Provide customer support and resolve queries efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales data in Excel

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery

• Prepare and send professional emails and reports

1. Aptitude Round: General Knowledge, English, and Mathematics
