We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Cbs Hub Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000.
Role Objective
To manage qualified leads generated through outsourced inside sales activities, nurture prospects through structured follow ups, understand requirements, and prepare techno commercial quotations. The role ensures leads are properly qualified and sales ready before handing them over for deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement & Qualification
Handle leads generated through BPO inside sales, digital campaigns, and inbound enquiries.
Initiate contact with schools to understand requirements, timelines, and decision processes.
Qualify leads based on seriousness, budget, and opportunity potential.
2. Requirement Understanding & Solution Mapping
Coordinate with schools (Principals, Librarians, Admin teams).
Capture academic, library, and procurement requirements.
Align offerings with school needs and compliance expectations.
3. Quotation Preparation & Proposal Coordination
Prepare structured quotations within approved pricing frameworks.

Ensure timely submission and follow up on quotations.
4. Follow--up & Opportunity Nurturing
Maintain structured follow until proposal discussion stage.
Address preliminary queries and objections.
Keep prospects engaged until ready for commercial discussion.
5. CRM & Documentation Discipline
Update CRM regularly with lead status, follow ups, and proposal stages.
Maintain documentation of requirements, quotations, and communication logs.
6. Handover for Closure
