Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our
growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with company-provided
leads, understanding client financial needs, explaining suitable financial products/services,
and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with company-generated leads through calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Explain wealth planning, investment, and insurance-related services to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments or consultations for senior advisors when required
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM/software
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or financial sales
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of financial products, investments, or insurance is preferred
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-oriented work
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Office
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in BFSI, insurance, investment advisory, or wealth management industry will
be an advantage
- Self-motivated and result-driven personality
