Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling sales and customer inquiries for ICICI Bank's Credit Card offerings.
  
  

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
  
  

• Generating leads and converting them into sales.
  
  

• Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  
  

• Providing detailed information regarding the bank's products and services to customers.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Grade / Graduate
  
  

• Experience: Open to both fresher and experienced candidates. Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Telesales (Freshers to 3 Years).
  
  

• Age Criteria: 18 to 35 years.
  
  

• Gender Preference: Both male and female candidates.
  
  

• Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
  
  

Working Hours & Shifts:

• Work Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM to 07:00 PM)

Salary Range:
