We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our Gold Loan team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting gold loan products, and converting leads into business through tele-calling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective customers and explain gold loan products and benefits.

• Generate leads from databases, references, and inbound queries.

• Maintain follow-ups with customers to drive conversions.

• Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation, and process.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet assigned sales targets.

• Update CRM/records with daily call and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / inside sales (preferred BFSI/Gold Loan/Financial services).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
