Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound/inbound calls, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services and handle customer queries
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Prior telesales/telecalling experience is a plus

Fluency in [Hindi]
