PlatinumRx is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join as Inside Sales Executives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales through phone calls and WhatsApp, understanding customer needs, and helping them complete their purchases. This is a sales-focused role with minimal support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp chats.

• Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.

• Build customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.

• 0–2 years of experience.

• Freshers & Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements

• English (Mandatory)

• Hindi (Mandatory)

• Kannada, Telugu, Bengali or any additional regional language is a plus.
