Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain company services.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 6 Months–2 Years of Inside Sales/Tele calling/BPO/Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
